By using CloudVoice AI (cloudvoice.in) you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Use of the service

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws when making outbound calls, including TCPA (US), TRAI UCC (India), and do-not-call regulations. You must obtain consent where required.

Billing

The platform is prepaid and per-minute. Telephony charges are billed separately by your carrier. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

Acceptable use

No spam, fraud, harassment, or unlawful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or applicable regulations.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.
