To provide and improve the service: transcription, analytics, coaching, billing, and support. We do not sell your data.

Data security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is controlled via role-based permissions and audited. Enterprise customers can opt for private-cloud deployment so data stays within their perimeter.
